I rather liked this game. There were optional ads to speed the game up, and the game play was pretty decent! That was, until the 11/7 update. The developers decided to shove forced ads between every 20 rounds, significantly slowing down game play. They even had the nerve to claim the update was to "provide a better experience." If they want players to invest in the no ads option, this is a pretty scummy way to do it.

it's alright, but there is something that I'm including in every review if it's there. you don't let us access settings during the tutorial phase and it's infuriating. I will check out the music at some point but I like to listen to audio books while checking out games and I get very close to just skipping a game completely if the tutorial holds my hand so much that I can't access anything outside the buttons you're highlighting.

There is are two game breaking bugs that need fixing and until they're fixed, I'm not changing my review. 1) Enemies will get stuck outside of detection range and will stall out waves for 10+ minutes. Seriously, when this happens I wanna throw my phone across the room. 2) After hitting the population cap - the game will continue to send you "hire an x" missions which are now impossible. This makes high wave runs almost impossible.
